Met with Evelyn the leasing Agent at Canyon Commons. I do see all the reviews about management however. AMC just took over on the property a lot of the past issues has not been up to AMC. I do feel as this is not fair. I loved seeing the 2 bedroom unit she provided. Unfortunately just won’t be able to lease there due to family emergency. If you get the chance go tour there :) 10/10

My husband and me lived there since we moved to utah and we really like the apt , it’s clean and can feel the fresh air , bc the windows are big , views are excellent the managers are good and approachable ,

Great price to live in a great calm area in Salt Lake City. Management is great and really helpful. Very convenient to get to stores for daily needs.

I have lived here for 3 years and love it. It's a great price compared to other places and the location is convenient right next to Maceys. Anytime I needed something the management was always quick to respond, i highly recommend this place.

My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and we really like this place because it's well priced for the square footage you get, location and quiet apartment community. The apartments are a little older and could use some better heating but have a safer feel to them because your front door faces in the hallway and not open to the street. The managers we've had through out the years have always been very proactive about fixing problems around the buildings and communicating with maintenance to get problems fixed. The maintenance guy is easy to talk to and keeps the place safe and running well. If your looking for quiet community living, good square footage and location next to schools, stores, the canyons and freeways for a reasonable price I would recommend Delmonico Apartments.

This review is for My Apartment Number #1 And building 4370 throughout the past we haven’t had that many good managers around but this Year Nicole And Her Husband Have Been Amazing This Year! and we Hope they Stay forever, if I had to say some good things about this Apartment I would say is it’s a good area that leads to the Grocery Store Nearby The Maintenance Guy Shane is Awesome the Grounds Are Super Clean and the Service here is awesome thank you Nicole for keeping Our apartment Safe and we Feel Welcome to be Home all the Time, there are some improvements of wich the apartment should work on is Maybe Getting A Pool for Everyone To Enjoy i think you guys would get more people who will want to move in to this location if they added that feature but other than that we are completely Happy Thank You Very Much And We hope you Guys Enjoy your 4th of July!
